Southern Ontario Sprints Return to Merrittville Speedway

THOROLD, ONTARIO (September 7, 2022) … Merrittville Speedway is back in action this Saturday night as Cotton Inc. presents the Southern Ontario Sprints, plus a 50-lap race for the DIRTcar Sportsman, 4 Cylinders, V6, and the combined Duel on the Dirt event for the Hoosier Stocks presented by St. Catharines Husky.

Heading into Merrittville, Dylan Westbrook won the Southern Ontario Sprints' last event at Southern Ontario Motor Speedway on August 27. The SOS will be deciding their 2022 championship at Merrittville this Saturday night. Also on the card will be a 50-lap event for the DIRTcar Sportsman in a Western Canada event. Track champion Cody McPherson leads Brad Rouse by just two points in the DIRTcar Sportsman Series Western Region Canada points.
